With over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational design, and process optimization, Alison brings a comprehensive approach to business operations for John E. Sestina & Company.

In 2002, using brain engineering science and knowledge management strategies, she co-created the B.E.S.T. (Brain Engineering Sestina Technologies) team with John Sestina.

The BEST team provides consolidated back-office support to all planners growing efficiencies, streamlining relationships with financial custodians, and allowing for increased focus on serving clients in the pursuit of their goals.

Alison graduated from the University of Richmond with a degree in Leadership Studies and is certified in both Lean Six Sigma and DISC communication styles training and application.
