Samantha Phaphouvaninh began her experience with John E. Sestina and Company in 2016. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Family Financial Planning from The Ohio State University, she began her journey as a Financial Planner and subsequently joined the Client Services team. In her current role as the Client Services Team Lead, Samantha is responsible for overseeing some of our day-to-day processes which includes management of the relationship with the custodians and the client meeting preparation process.

Throughout her many years of customer service experience, Samantha believes in the three “P”s: professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude. This provides consistency in the development of the team's attention to detail and provides efficiencies that translate to providing great customer service to the firm's clients.
