As a fee-only fiduciary firm, we are legally and ethically obligated to always act in your best interest. We do not receive commissions or compensation from third parties for recommending financial products. This structure eliminates many common conflicts of interest and ensures our advice is always aligned with your goals.

We offer comprehensive, fee-only financial planning, also known as full-service financial planning. This includes personalized guidance across retirement planning, employer benefits, investments, taxes, estate planning, cash flow, debt management, insurance, and more —plus individual portfolio management is included at no additional cost.

We also offer standalone investment management services for clients who prefer to focus solely on their portfolios, known as Individual Portfolio Management. This includes risk tolerance evaluation, portfolio selection and allocation, as well as managing accounts via our recommended investment platform, (Orion Portfolio Solutions LLC, custodied by Charles Schwab, Inc.).

We do not offer one-time plans. Our planning relationships are structured as ongoing, one-year engagements from the time you decide to move forward. This allows us to provide proactive, continuous support as your life evolves.

For full-service financial planning, we charge a flat annual fee based on your estimated net worth. This fee covers all aspects of your financial plan, including investment management.

For clients who choose investment management only, we charge an asset-based fee:

  • Up to 1% on the first $1 million, with lower rates for higher balances.

Disclosure: Fees are subject to change and may vary based on individual circumstances. Discounts may be available. All fees are fully disclosed in our Form ADV and client agreements. We do not receive commissions or third-party compensation. We are not CPAs or attorneys and do not provide tax or legal advice. Clients should consult with qualified professionals for those services. While we provide guidance on financial implications of life events, we do not offer legal or tax advice. Please consult with your attorney or tax advisor for those matters.

We specialize in helping clients navigate major life events—Such as marriage, divorce, the birth of a child, college planning, buying or paying off a home, retirement, or the loss of a loved one. Our role is to help you make confident, informed decisions based on your financial plan, so your next step is always aligned with your long-term goals.

We understand the importance of personal relationships and trust in financial planning. That’s why we pair each client with a dedicated senior planner. At the same time, we embrace a team-based approach that includes associate planners, paraplanners, and client service associates.

This structure ensures you receive consistent, high-quality support while also allowing our team members the flexibility to take time for their families—something we deeply value as part of our firm culture.
